We will process refund to our customer upon receiving the customer’s notification and under the following terms and conditions:
- If the product does not reach the customer after 14 working days from the estimated time of delivery; or
- If the product is damaged or defective; or
- If the product is expired; or
- If the product is different from which the customer has ordered.
The customer is required to send back the product to us at the above address. The Refund Policy does not automatically warrant for a refund. We will inspect the returned product, and if the above conditions are fulfilled, we will process the refund together with reimbursement for the courier charges for returning the product to us. The refund will be made within one month after we have received the returned product.
